Maybe my question not well stated... I'm looking to play with: in theory an underdog betting system without the points. But am asking how high the actual point-spread is where they OFFER a money line. Is it the same for college and pro basketball?
For example tonight BYU is the biggest favorite at -19. Westgate only has the spread, William hill is the only one that has a money line on that game. It's +1400. The problem is you have a ton of vig to over come. The positive on these big money lines is you can put little down. You cant be risking 1% on a 14 to 1 or you will go broke, you have to play it smart by risking to win the percentage you think your edge is.
